I can't believe it!

Wow, 2014 is almost gone! Soon we will be saying hello to 2015! T’was a great experience with you, dear 2014! I wonder what 2015 has inside its bucket for me and my family! Wishing you all a prosperous New Year! Bring it on, 2015! We’re so ready for ya! :-)

Here we go again. Another decision to be made..  it would be selfish of me if I won't try. If I try and not like it, I wasted my time. Right?! :-/

Today..

I always come back to listening to music (singing at the same time) when I'm down. I get lost in music. It's such a great feeling! Wherever you are right now, I hope you're doing fine. If you're not feeling well, just ROCK ON! Do what will make you feel better. Dance like nobody's business. Sing at the top of your lungs. And most importantly, pray. No one else will care and will understand you like Jesus. Don't give up. Push through. I know we will all make it. God bless you.

September 2013 Favorites

Here are my favorites for this month :) 

1. Maybelline Fit Me Shine-Free Gel Stick Foundation I was pretty skeptical on trying this gel stick foundation since most of the drugstore foundations either breaks me out, too light coverage or/and too dewy. But I'm glad I bought this foundation. I use it everyday for work. It feels matte after applying on my face but it's not dry nor cakey. It also dissolves excess oil to my face. Although, it doesn't stay matte all day. You (might) have to apply some powder on your face after 6-7 hours. At least that's how it works for me.

2. Maybelline Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer this product not only conceals but also highlights whatever we want to be covered such as eyebags, dark/red spots, etc.on our face.

I reeeaaaally love this concealer. Been buying this product all over again. That's all I can say. No explanations needed =P

3 Maybelline Falsies Volume Express this mascara works wonders! I like that it really volumizes my eyelashes. It doesn't clump!

4. Gosh Intense Eyeliner based on my own experience, this could totally be the dupe for MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencil in Engraved. It doesn't smear on the eye area. I don't regret buying this product at all.

5. EOS Lip balm my second love after Carmex!

6. Maybelline Dream Matte Powder I saw many people on Youtube telling how good this powder is. Really true! It lasts quite a while until I have retouch my face with this powder again.

7. Sally Hansen Nail Polish in Café Au Lait I finally found the perfect nude nail polish that will match my skin tone! You guys should buy this nail polish. I have been using this color for work since it is more appropriate than the bright ones. The color lasted a week on my nails. Chic!

8. Coastal Scents Blush Palettes the palette contains 10 blushes with different shades of Pink and Peach. Always nice to take it with you especially when you travel. 

9. Body Shop Body Butter iin Strawberry it moisturizes my skin so well and smells amazing!

10. Mayer Hawthorne's cover of Lorde's song Royal - super love his version! Been listening to this song all over again! You guys know him?

Got the job!

After about 4 years of maternity leave, I'm happy to be back to work again! Well, not the same job I had 4 years ago but still thankful. All new for me.. the company, co-workers, job.. yeah. I was super excited the first few days then suddenly it hit me. I miss my family especially my kids so much that I could fast forward the time, get everything done and go home running! You may think I'm overreacting.. no, I'm not! To all the mommys out there working (or not), I'm sure you can relate. I'm still adjusting but I'm getting there. I even got sick 2 weeks after I started, but going back tomorrow. Giving all my best for the family! I can't wait for the weekend! Counting the days already :-D
